Getting Started
First, you will need to link your Amazon Account to Jungle Scout and provide your Inbound Shipment and Order History so we can explore possible refund opportunities.
Within 48 hours, your dedicated Case Manager will review all of your products, orders, returns, and shipments that are eligible for reimbursement.
They will then deliver a free estimate of the money you could recover from Amazon.
Your Case Manager will then compile a report allowing you to track the amount of money we are able to recover for each case.
Once the money is recovered from Amazon, the refunds will be deposited directly into your FBA Account.
💡 Connect to Amazon → In order to use this feature, you need to connect your Seller Central account first. Please go over our 📘 Connect to Amazon → Adding your Seller Central Account to Jungle Scout article for step-by-step instructions on how to complete this process.
