Now you can access all of your billing information from your Jungle Scout account and modify, download and print the receipts as needed.
To get that oh-so-important information, just log in to your Jungle Scout account and click on 'My Account' (the person icon on the top right-hand corner of your homepage). Scroll down to the 'Billing Information' field listed on the right-hand side of the page, just below the 2-factor Authentication header and find the 'Billing History' button here:
You will now see all of your invoices listed by date. The 3 icons on the far right of each transaction allow you to view, download or email your invoices:
And if you want to add information to your receipts - like your mailing address - no problem! You can do that as well. :)
To access the 'add info' feature, just click on the orange 'Settings' button in the top right-hand corner of the Billing History page, directly above the 'Actions' header:
This will take you to a detail page where you can enter or update your Company, name, mailing address, VAT and other pertinent information you want to be included on your invoices. You can even include the email on your Jungle Scout account by moving the slider button at the bottom right-hand corner of the page to the right (if the background is orange, your email will be included.)
Then click the orange 'Save' button, and you're all set!
To view the information on your receipt, you just need to click on the 'Billing' header on the left-hand side of this page...then you'll be able to choose to view, download or email your invoice:
And that's it! You've modified and viewed, emailed, downloaded and/or printed your invoice.
