Product Tracker → No Data After Adding a Product (N.A.)

When a new product gets added to the Tracker (an ASIN that no one else has ever tracked before) we need some time to collect data. In some cases, it may take up to 48 hours for this information to populate. Otherwise (if someone else has previously tracked that product), you should see information for that ASIN right away. 

When you add an item for the first time, we start to sync and collect information for all the metrics you see in the Product Tracker. During this process, you may see N.A. or "0" instead of the actual values for that product.

You can confirm if this is a newly added product by hovering over the product and clicking the View button to access the Product Graph. If this is the case you'll see a message asking you to check back in 48 hours: 




Usually, we get that data back within 48 hours but at times it can take a bit longer to receive all the information.

Make sure you refresh your browser if you stay logged in or leave Jungle Scout open to ensure you get the most up-to-date data!
