Since the data in the Product Tracker is actual data (and not estimated like in the Database or the Extension) we need some time to pass in order to collect that data. In some cases, it may take up to 48 hours for this information to populate.
Usually, when this happens, it is because the product was newly added to the tracker and no one has ever tracked it before. If someone has previously tracked the product then we should have data right away to display.
When you add an item to the Product Tracker for the first time, we start to sync and collect all the information you see in the Product Tracker. While we wait to get this data you may see N.A, this means we are actively collecting the information from Amazon.
You can tell if your tracked item has never been added to the Product Tracker before by clicking on the downward arrow in the middle of the product's listing in the Product Tracker; that will expand the product's window and will give you a message asking you to check back in 48 hours:
More often than not, we get that data back within 48 hours but please note that occasionally it can take up to a week.
Make sure when you come back to check that you refresh your browser. If you stay logged in or leave Jungle Scout open a refresh may be needed to show you the most up to date data.
