If you're not able to see a product's Listing Quality Score (LQS) in your JSPro extension, then there's a really good chance that the LQS column is not activated yet. To check that please follow these steps:
- First, click on the three horizontal lines in the top left-hand corner of the extension:
- Next, click on the Columns Button on the top right-hand side of the Filters box
- When the new window opens, you should see "LQS" listed among the boxes you can check.
- Finally, check the LQS box and then click Save in the bottom right-hand corner; your extension will refresh and you should see the opportunity score populating in your extension.
Once you've activated your column, the LQS number for each product should be displayed.
