When you have trouble signing up for a Jungle Scout account,the first thing we recommend is going through the troubleshooting steps outlined in our I can't register and set up an account with Jungle Scout article.
If you're still not able to create an account with us after that though, then PayPal is our next suggestion...though PayPal will only work if you're signing up for an annual Jungle Scout subscription or the Extension.
It won't work for monthly subscriptions, since those plans auto-renew each month, and so we require that a credit card be attached to your account.

Once you've completed your purchase in PayPal, an email will be sent to us automatically and we'll set up an account for you. Once that's done, we'll send you an email with your login information and instructions on how to download the Extension and/or access your Jungle Scout subscription.
If for some reason you don't hear from us within 12 hours of your purchase, please send the following information to firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll create an account for you as soon as possible:
- The email address you want on your account
- First and last name to be listed on the account
- A screenshot of your PayPal receipt
- Your PayPal Transaction ID copied and pasted into the body of your email to support
If you're not signing up for an annual Extension or Jungle Scout subscription, but are just looking for a monthly subscription, you can choose our Monthly plans instead.
