To cancel your monthly Web App plan, please follow these easy steps:
- First, please log into your account at https://members.junglescout.com
- Navigate to the top right to go to your 'My Account' page.
- Then scroll down to the 'Subscription Information' section and click the 'Cancel Plan' button
- Clicking 'Cancel Plan' will cause a pop-up window to appear. After you've chosen a reason for your cancellation, please click on 'Continue Cancel' at the bottom of the window:
Something to note: When you cancel your monthly plan you will continue to have access to the web app until the end of that current billing period and it will deactivate automatically as soon as it expires.
***Please note, once the plan is deactivated, your products will not be stored under your account. Your tracker will be cleared and anything you had been tracking will be deleted.
Don't see the Cancel plan button or have an annual/yearly subscription?
If you have a Yearly subscription you will not have the option to cancel from within the app and will need to contact us directly. You can do that by submitting a help ticket from within the app or by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
To submit a help ticket within the app click on the icon on the bottom right of the page.
This will direct you to the Help Center where you can submit your ticket.
