All changes to your account can be done through the Settings menu located at the bottom of the left hand navigation pane here:
The Basic Information section includes user name, email, photo and email address. You can also update your Seller status here.
The Multi User Access section is where you can add additional users to your account per your plan type. This can be helpful if you work as a team as each user will have their own login and password for added security.
The Passwords section is where you can change your login password.
The Two Factor Authentication section is where you can enable and manage 2FA for your account's security. We always recommend using 2FA to add an extra layer of protection to your account.
The Account Billing section allows you to review and edit your payment method on file.
The Company Details section is where you can edit your Company information that will be reflected on your invoices from Jungle Scout.
The Billing History section shows all past invoices along with the ability to download or email them.
In this section, you will see subscription information for both Jungle Scout and the Extension. This is where you can view your current subscription, make changes to which plan type you are subscribed to as well as cancel your plan.
This is where you can manage the emails and alerts that you receive from the app like Deal requests.
In the Amazon Accounts section, you can add or delete Amazon accounts if you are a seller as well as update MWS Tokens or rename your accounts.
Make sure the MWS token status shows as Enable for any seller accounts you want access to in Jungle Scout. To re-enable the MWS Token, click on the three dots to the left to see the drop-down menu. There you will see the options to edit the Account Details or Delete Account as seen above.
