Supplier Database → Supported Marketplaces

The Supplier Database only has data for goods imported to the US, but it can be used to find a supplier to import to any country. The data in the database includes all products imported to the US and is not limited to only products sold on Amazon. The data in the Supplier Database goes back to 2014 and is updated monthly.

While the data is for imports to the US, you will be able to use the information if you want to import to another country. The US is the largest importer of goods in the world, which means there is a lot of data available that we can use to find top suppliers. The goal is to find a reputable supplier, and if a supplier is importing to the US, chances are they have a global presence and will also ship to your country.

You can filter the results by export country or country of origin. Other sourcing sites are very location-specific regarding where the goods are manufactured. Still, since the Supplier Database is import driven rather than export-driven, you will be able to find suppliers in many countries worldwide.

You can use this to your advantage in several ways:

  • You could filter the suppliers to countries closer to where you need the goods to go, which would cut down on shipping charges.
  • You can exclude countries with higher duty rates associated with them to cut down on import charges.

To filter the export country, use the Country Of Origin filter when searching by Product or Supplier:
