When the system detects a request, it sends you an email to let you know someone is waiting for your approval (or denial), if you have set your account for manual approval.
You also have the option of auto-approving all requests, which simply automates your coupon distribution and sends a code to anyone who selects it from our Deals page.
If you choose the "manual" approval process when you create your promotion, you will have the option to Approve or Deny all requests you get. To do this click on the 'Requests and Approvals' button which will bring up the list of your potential shoppers:
To the left of the screen, you'll see the Purchase Requests, the Request Date, if the requestors have any Badges, and the links to Approve or Deny them:
Once you approve the request, the code will appear on the shopper's Selected Deals for them to place the order and we will also send them an email with a link to your product's Amazon page and a promo code. One email goes out per code, per product, so there won't be any other products associated with that email just in case.
If you deny the request the item will show as Unavailable in the shopper's account and they won't be able to request it if you run the promotion again for security reasons.
Be sure to watch your 'Promotions' page, and approve or deny all requests within seven days. If you wait any longer and they will be removed from your requests and the shopper won't be allowed to request this product again if you choose to re-list it.
💡 It is important to remember that if you set the promotion to approve requests automatically, and you get more requests in a day than the limit you set, the system won't go back to the remaining requests the next day. The only way to approve those is to approve them manually!
