We will be moving all active Promotions and Email Campaigns over to your Jungle Scout account automatically on May 22nd, 2019. There will be a short period of time when Jump Send will not be available to access while we move all of the data.
All of your Email Campaigns will be transferred over to your Jungle Scout account and you will not lose any of your campaigns.
While the app is down, Emails from Email Campaigns will not send but as soon as the move is complete all of the backlogged emails will go out immediately so you will not lose any communication with your customers.
All promotions will be moved to your new account as well. There will be no loss of data for these and no interruption for your shoppers that already have codes.
The only interruption will be when Jump Send is unavailable during the migration of your seller data. No one will be able to access Jump Send and therefore not able to request codes during that time. All of your promotions will still work after the move and there is no need for you to do anything. If you have active promotions where 1 ASIN has multiple SKUs attached, these will be moved to Jungle Scout in Draft status. You will then be able to confirm the correct SKU is attached to the promotion in Jungle Scout and re-activate the promotion. Active Social Links
Any social links you have shared for a current deal will need to be created and shared again from Jungle Scout after the migration. Any previous links you have shared from Jump Send will no longer work after the migration.
