There are three things you always need to check on the My Campaigns section to verify these are active and properly set:
- The correct, active ASIN(s) are displayed under the campaign title
- The slider button is toggled ON (Green = on, Gray = off)
- The custom messages are enabled
If all three options are active, then your Email Campaign is properly set up.
Make sure that your Jungle Scout email address is registered as an approved sender in Seller Central, to prevent Amazon from blocking your messages. Please visit Amazon's Messaging Permissions page (you'll need to log in to Seller Central) and verify that the email address you have registered in Jungle Scout is an approved sender in Seller Central.
