There are three things you always need to check on your Campaigns page to verify these are active and properly set:
- That your active ASIN(s) are showing below the campaign title
- That the button on the right corner of the screen is toggled ON; Green means active and Gray means inactive.
- That the templates you want active are toggled ON as well (Green)

If all three options are active, then your Email Campaigns are properly set up to send.
Another thing to check is that your Jungle Scout email address is registered as an approved sender in Seller Central, that is so Amazon doesn't block your messages from being sent.
To do that please go to Amazon's alternate address verification page and make sure the email address you have entered in your Account details in Jungle Scout also shows in Seller Central as an approved sender.

If you want to add a new email address click on the '+ Add an email address' link and make sure the Approved entry is marked as seen below, then click in 'Save':
