Email campaigns are created and managed at a marketplace level. With it, you can view your store settings individually for each of the markets you sell on! This will be particularly useful for the new analytic features coming up soon since you will want to know the specific numbers for each store. (*?)
This also means you can now set up email campaigns in different languages based on your customer's marketplace. Email Campaigns created for the EU marketplace, for example, will have one account view for the UK store, one for IT store, a different one for DE and so on.
That's why it's so important that you make sure you have campaigns active on all and each market you are selling!
How to change the marketplace view to other Amazon stores/Seller accounts
To change your market view:
- First, hover over and click on the account name next to your profile icon. It will show you a drop down of each country you are actively selling on for that specific account.
- Then click on the flag of the market you want to view:
So if you have your main campaign set for the US, make sure you create one for MX and CA if you sell there as well.
