ALL promotions you have set up in your Jump Send account will be migrated to Jungle Scout regardless of their status (draft, active or archived).
On May 22nd, 2019, if you have any active promotions in Jump Send where there is a single ASIN but multiple SKUs for that ASIN they will be moved to Jungle Scout and set to draft status. You will then need to review and switch them back to active from Jungle Scout.
This is being done to protect your inventory as well as to ensure that your promotions are set up and running exactly how you intended.
If you are running promotions for an ASIN and it has multiple SKU’s attached, during the data migration, we will not be able to tell which SKU should be attached to the promotion. If inventory protection was not set up for the SKU we attach it could negatively affect your inventory.
To keep your inventory safe, we will move all active promotions where there are multiple SKUs attached to one ASIN over to Jungle Scout in draft status. In Jungle Scout you should review and confirm the correct SKU is selected. You can then switch the promotion back to active status.
After the migration on May 22nd, 2019 you can review, adjust and reactivate promotions by going to the Promotions tab and finding any promotions in Draft status. Then you will need to confirm the correct SKU is selected that you wish to run the promotion for and complete all steps to the end and click 'Publish' in the Final Review step.
