FBA Inbound Shipping
This is the cost to send your goods from a storage location (your home, warehouse, or 3rd party facility) directly to an Amazon Fulfillment Center using Amazon’s freight forwarding services. These costs are automatically pulled from your Seller Central account and they’ll be displayed under the FBA Inbound Shipping section in Jungle Scout's More Transactions tab. This section will be blank for users that do not use reshipping services.
Supplier Shipping
This is the shipping cost to get your item from its origin (most likely your manufacturer or distributor) to your storage location (your home, warehouse or 3rd party facility). To calculate expenses, you’ll need to manually add this information in the Product Costs section.
Please enter the Shipping Cost per Unit. For example, if you shipped 1000 fidget spinners from China to Los Angeles for $2,000, the shipping cost per unit is $2 ($2,000 total/1000 units= $2 per unit)
Cost of Goods (COGs):

For example, if you bought 1000 fidget spinners from a supplier in China for $5,000, the Cost of Goods per unit is $5 ($5,000 total/1000 units = $5 per unit)
