This guide explains how to add ASINs to Jungle Scout's Keyword Rank Tracker, enabling you to track your products' keyword rankings and performance over time, as well as spy on competitors' keywords to help you rank better on Amazon and win over the niche!
To add products to the Keyword Rank Tracker, follow the steps below:
1. Navigate to Rank Tracker
- Log in to your Jungle Scout account.
- From the main dashboard, click "Rank Tracker," which is located on the sidebar under "Keyword Optimization."
2. Add a New Tab
- Once on the Rank Tracker page, click the "+" button at the top left of the page.
- Enter the Tab details:
- Tab Name
- Click the slider to the right if you want it to be shared with your team (if applicable)
3. Create the Product Group
- Once you’ve created a tab, you will see the ‘Create Product Group’ button.
- Click it to show the Create Product Group wizard
- Step 1: Name product group:
- Type your preferred name for the product group
- Select the Marketplace from the dropdown
- Click ‘Next: Add your products’

- To Add your product, make sure your Amazon Seller account and JS accounts are connected. If they are not connected yet, you can do so by clicking the ‘Authenticate Account’ button. And follow the prompts to connect your Amazon Seller account to Jungle Scout.
- Please note that this step is optional, so you can click the ‘Next: Add additional products’ button if you want to skip it and just add other products.
- You can choose the product/s you want to add here. Make sure to put a checkmark in the ‘Add Related Keywords’ box if you want it to perform a Reverse ASIN search on the selected product/s, which will uncover and track the most relevant keywords.
- Step 2: Add your products

- Please note that this step is also optional. You can skip it by clicking the ‘Complete Setup’ button if you just intend to add your own product/s to the Product Group that you are creating.
- You can add up to 10 ASINs in order to find out which keywords your competitors are ranking for. That way, you can will know which keywords you need to target in order to rank higher on Amazon and crush you competition! Make sure to put a checkmark in the ‘Include Variants’ box if you want to monitor the rank of the variants of the ASINs entered. You can also put a checkmark in the ‘Add Related Keywords’ box if you want it to perform a Reverse ASIN search on the ASINs entered.
- Click ‘Complete Setup’.
- Step 3: Add additional products
4. Monitor Rankings
- The Rank Tracker will now start monitoring your products' rankings for the added keywords. Data may take some time to populate initially.
- You can return to the Rank Tracker dashboard at any time to see daily updates on keyword performance, rankings, and historical trends.
