Inventory Manager syncs directly with your Seller Central account to accurately predict how much stock you’ll need for your FBA business and when to order it.
Feature Overview
Inventory Manager uses advanced demand forecasting technology to help you run the back end of your Amazon FBA business. It marks your products as Order Now, Reorder Soon, Overstock, and In Stock, and calculates the date and quantity you should order, as well as estimated costs and profits.
With Inventory Manager, you can assess when and how much stock to reorder based on real-time data from your Amazon FBA inventory, access additional inventory-level metrics (like revenue, cost, profit, etc.), monitor inbound inventory, and prevent stockouts.

Dashboard
- Sales History: Use the drop-down to select a timeframe
- Columns: There are 10 columns selected by default, but you can customize these options and select which information you want to see displayed in the table:
💡 Be sure to enter your unit costs, lead times, and re-order days of supply to get an accurate summary of your inventory performance. You can do this from the Product Costs and the Product Settings menu. Alternatively, you can click the Add Unit Cost link under the Reorder Cost column directly from Inventory Manager to access the Add Cost pop-up.
Once you've entered the costs, lead times, and re-order days of supply for your products, you'll enable the next section:
- Summary: The Summary Section gives you a quick snapshot of the value of your current inventory, total reorder cost, and total reorder profit. This will help you know how much you'll need for your entire inventory purchase and not just for single items!
⚠️Important!
If you added all the required information, but you still do not see the Inventory Status for your products, please check if you have the Average Daily Sales data. If there is no sales data for us to use, the Inventory Manager won't be able to apply a status for your products
