Jungle Scout uses secure onsite payment processing and accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. If you do not have a credit card, you can use PayPal as an alternate payment method; however, this option is only available for our annual Suite and Professional subscriptions.
This option won't work for monthly subscriptions since those plans auto-renew each month, so we require that a credit card be attached to your account.
However, if you are planning on purchasing an annual Suite or Professional subscription, then please visit our PayPal page.
Once you've completed your purchase in PayPal, an email will be sent to us automatically and we'll set up an account for you. Once that's done, we'll send you an email with your login information.
If for some reason you don't hear from us within 12 hours of your purchase, please send the following information to support@junglescout.com and we'll create an account for you as soon as possible:
- The email address you want on your account
- First and last name to be listed on the account
- A screenshot of your PayPal receipt
- Your PayPal Transaction ID copied and pasted into the body of your email
