Criteria for Eligible Orders to Send Review Requests

Sending reviews, whether via the Review Automation tool or the Bulk Review Request feature of the Extension, does not go through the Buyer-Seller Messaging System. It comes directly from Amazon.

That being said, Amazon has specific criteria for sending review requests to customers through its "Request a Review" button or automated tools. To ensure compliance with Amazon’s policies, eligible orders must meet the following criteria:

1. Timeframe

  • Requests can be sent between 5 and 30 days after the order is delivered or the Estimated Delivery Date. Requests made outside of this window are not permitted.

2. No Prior Requests

  • You can only send one review request per order. If a request has already been sent (manually or automatically), you cannot send another.
  • The Extension will show the 'Review Ineligible' message on the order if a prior request was already sent for it:

3. You won’t be able to request a review for any of the following orders:

  • Any orders between 1-3 days
  • Any orders past 30 days
  • Orders connected to Shopify (US marketplace)
  • Manual fulfillment orders made in Seller Central
  • Any orders labeled as Sales Channel: Non-Amazon.
  • Cancelled or refunded orders.

By following these guidelines, you ensure compliance with Amazon’s rules and improve your chances of gaining authentic customer feedback.
