Trouble Logging in Due to an Incorrect Password?
If you're having difficulty logging into your account, it might be due to your browser using stored (cached) information, such as an old password.
Here’s a quick fix: We recommend resetting your password through a different browser or by using an Incognito window in Google Chrome to avoid this issue.
To reset your password, simply click on this link: Reset Password.

Once you're there:
- Enter the email address linked to your account.
- Check the email for a message containing the password reset link.
- Click the link to create a new password.
A few things to remember about your new password:
- It must be at least 8 characters long.
- Include at least one number.

Need to Update Your Email Address?
Currently, only the Jungle Scout team can update your account email address. The good news? We can handle this quickly for you! Just reach out to us via chat and provide the following details:
- Your first and last name as registered on the account
- The type, last four digits, and expiration date of the credit card on file
- The email address currently linked to your Jungle Scout account
- The new email address you'd like to use
Once we have this information, we’ll update your email address immediately.
