Whenever someone has a problem signing up for a Jungle Scout account, these steps resolve the issue 99% of the time:
1. Register Using Google Chrome
While you can use other browsers like Safari, Firefox, or Explorer, our preferred browser is Google Chrome. To ensure you are using the latest version of Google Chrome, please follow the steps outlined in the Update Chrome landing page.
2. Disable Ad Blocking
If you have ad-blocking software on your computer, you'll have to disable that program and/or add Jungle Scout to its 'approved' list. To find out if you have an ad blocker on your computer, review all extensions for your browser and look for an ad blocker.
3. Check your Firewall/Antivirus
- Navigate to www.junglescout.com and go through the registration process again, but this time stop when you get to the page that asks you to enter your credit card information.
- Right-click that pop-up window and then click Inspect:
- Clicking 'Inspect', should cause your screen to split. Please click the Console tab at the top of that window, located to the right of the 'Elements' tab.
- If there is text highlighted in red in the console window, that might mean you have an antivirus or firewall blocking your registration. You will have to edit your firewall or antivirus settings to allow your Jungle Scout registration to go through.
4. Use an Incognito Window
- In your Chrome Browser, click More (at the top right) New Incognito Window.
- Click New Incognito Window
You can also use a keyboard shortcut to open an Incognito window:
- Windows, Linux, or Chrome OS: Press Ctrl + Shift + n.
- Mac: Press ⌘ + Shift + n.
- Copy/Paste the pricing page link: https://www.junglescout.com/pricing/
- Complete the registration process in incognito mode
5. Verify your Billing Address
Please ensure you are entering the billing address currently registered with your bank. Otherwise, our card processor will decline your purchase
