If you disable Jungle Scout's access to your Seller account, some of our features will not work as intended. Permissions automatically expire after a certain amount of time—sometimes after six months or one year. You can also manually disable and revoke any permissions granted in Seller Central directly.
That's why renewing these permissions on time is important and ensuring that the Amazon account is always active. Follow these steps to check the status of the Amazon account in Jungle Scout to update it as needed:
- In Jungle Scout, head to your Settings (click your avatar on the top-right corner) and click “Amazon Settings.”
- Ideally, all your accounts connected to Jungle Scout will be shown as Enabled in the Seller Central Sync Status column. Accounts disabled from Seller Central will reflect this status in Jungle Scout under the MWS Token column. You will also see a red notification icon:
If you see a Disabled notification for an account you still want to use, update the permissions in Seller Central:
- Click "Reauthorize on Seller Central."
- Logging in to your Seller Central account will pull up this authorization page:
- Click to allow Amazon to access Jungle Scout and then confirm your selection by clicking "Sign up / Login to Jungle Scout." You should be good to go! Just verify the status again and make sure you re-enable Review Automation, which may have been deactivated when the account was disabled.
